For those looking for a more athletic style of yoga. We welcome all beginning students or current students looking to add vinyasa flow to their practice. If you like repetition, order, and the idea of developing a meditation in motion that you can take with you anywhere, anytime, this style of yoga is for you! The course offers a individualized attention and the chance to break down and grow the practice. Michelle will teach you traditional Ashtanga Yoga, focusing on the transitions (vinyasa) breath & standing poses. Sometimes called “Power Yoga” this practice is a vigorous, strong, and heated. Intro to Yoga for Every-Body 5 week Course, Wednesday nights, 7:15 pm - 8:30 pm.

This welcoming series provides a progressive and supportive learning environment with individualized attention, perfect for those new to yoga or returning after time away.
