This class offers Sacred Time to travel inward and reset with the intention of honoring your inner light, combining the healing energies of Reiki and Crystals Starts with an overview of the stones you will use today, and then you rest quietly while Shannon shares Reiki with the group. Sunday, October 26, 3 - 5 pm: We are delighted to welcome Priscilla Gale back for this speical workshop, where we will explore some of the science behind both Himalayan Singing Bowls and Crystal Singing Bowls and learn how to understand how frequency vibration affects and affects every aspect of the body. Learn how to play bowls as well as chant Sanskrit vowels to enhance the healing process. This is learning for fun (not a professional certification) but you might add this training to the work that you do, like Yoga, Reiki, and Meditation practices. $65 Information & Preregister here.
