This ancient Japanese energy healing modality has gained immense popularity for its ability to promote parasympathetic nervous system relaxation, reduce stress, and restore a sense of calm. If you’re considering embarking on a reiki journey, we would love to guide you.

Level 1: Sunday September 14: $235. Register here.
Reiki Level One is for self-healing, with the focus on connecting to and opening the body’s energy channels on a physical level. This focus allows us to cultivate a deeper connection to self, inviting in peace and healing. 

Level 2: Sunday October 12: $270. Register here.
Level Two will teach you how to replace hand to body connection with the mind, using three symbols that have been passed down from the Reiki master teacher to the student.This will unlock a deeper level of healing related to the mental and emotional body.

Master Teacher Training, Level 3: Sunday, October 19: $355. Register here.
This training is only for those who did their Reiki training 6 months ago or more, another Level 3 will be offered in May 2026 for those who complete Levels 1 & 2 this fall. 

Shannon Bates is an RMT (Reiki Master Teacher) and is certified as a crystal practitioner (CCP) and advanced crystal master (ACM) through the nationally accredited Hibiscus Moon Crystal Academy. She is also certified in Chakra Balancing and is currently studying Earth Medicine.  She has been a member of the Heartsong community for many decades, and we are honored to share her work with our community.
